Description

Production Method: Wild Caught

Ingredients: Snapper.

Allergens: Contains fish

Cooking instructions: Remove from packaging and thaw in covered dish under refrigeration for 4-6 hours. It is recommended to cook seafood products immediately after thawing. GRILL: Preheat to medium heat (350˚F). Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat to 375 ˚F. Place the fish on lightly greased baking sheet and cook for approximately 20 minutes. PAN-FRY: Season with salt and pepper and lightly coat fish with flour. Fry in large pan containing 1 inch of preheated oil. Fry until golden brown approximately 4 min on each side. 

Shelf life: 24 months from time of production

Conservation: Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below

Intended Use: Human consumption, except allergic to fish or crustaceans shellfish. Fully cooked
