The 2022 edition of Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America will be held on March 13-15, 2022, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. We must remember that due to Covid-19 restrictions the 2021 edition of Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America, had been suspended due to the coronavirus.
However, nearly two years into the pandemic and with the necessary measures in place to hold the show, buyers have expressed the importance and unique value of meeting face-to-face to maintain current relationships and find new products and suppliers at the event.
Liz Plizga, vice president of Diversified Communications, noted, "We recognize that business continuity is important to our seafood community, and until we meet again in person in Boston, we will be reviewing opportunities to connect buyers and sellers digitally."
Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America is the single window for all seafood products in this comprehensive marketplace. More than 22,000 seafood professionals attended North America's largest seafood trade show last year to discover suppliers, products and trends, while creating lucrative business connections that last well beyond the event.
As such, there is no bigger, better or more established platform for all members of the value chain to meet face-to-face with North American seafood buyers and trends.
It's important the biosecurity measures to be taken into account during the fair:
1. Mandatory use of mask inside the convention center.
2.Event attendees must be vaccinated and must provide digital or physical proof of full vaccination for all persons entering the building.
3. FDA or WHO approved vaccinations will be accepted.
4. Anyone receiving an exemption for medical, religious or civil rights related reasons must provide proof of a negative COVID test result through a professional testing provider or test negative at the event testing center prior to entering the venue.
