Description
Composition: Mahi Mahi (Coryphaena hippurus)
Origin: Peru

Cookin Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F. Spread out frozen fingers on a baking sheet so not touching. Bake 20-24 minutes until hot ( at least 140F internal). Turn fingers over halfway through cooking time. Do not use toaster oven
Shelf life: 24 months
Conservation: Keep frozen at -18°C.
Ingredients: Mahi (Coryphaena hippurus), wheat flour, tapioca starch, water,contains 2% or less of: soybean oil, salt, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, garlic powder, onion powder, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), spice, sugar, yeast, modified corn starch.
