Ingredients: Giant Squid (Dosidicus gigas), wheat flour, tapioca starch, soybean oil, water, contains 2% or less of: salt, disodium inosinate (E631), disodium guanylate (E627), garlic powder, onion powder, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), spices, sugar, yeast, modified cornstarch, citric acid (E330), sodium citrate (E331). Allergens: contains wheat, mollusk
Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below, do not thaw. Oven: preheat to 200°C (380-400°F) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Air fryer: at 200°C (380-400°F) fry 8 minutes. Pan-Fried: fry over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes before consuming. The microwave is not recommended.
